- -0.50D to -20.00D sphere up to -6.00D cyl
- +1.00D to +14.00D with possibility of cyl correction on a case-by-case basis *
- *if hyperopic, may need a PI as these are V4C lenses not EVO lenses
PREFERRED FOR
- high refractive errors
- not a laser candidate
- desires a reversible option
- significant dry eyes
